Benefit Services Group, Inc.
is an independent organization
engaged in the business or reviewing, designing installing, and servicing
employee benefit programs. It is very important that the needs and expectations
of both employers and employees are met and special attention is given to
communication in these areas.
Review
We analyze existing coverage's and funding to determine the true
cost of these benefits. Our primary goal is to help employers get control of
their benefit costs. Company and individual philosophy and any other issues
that could impact on the benefits package are considered.
Design
We assist you in designing a plan of benefits to meet current needs with
special attention paid to eliminating duplicate coverage or gaps in coverages.
The insurance marketplace is then "shopped" for the plan of benefits
and funding alternatives that are needed to maximize your benefit dollars. We
review, analyze, and compare all the proposals received. Then we prepare a
detailed feasibility study taking into consideration benefits, cost, current
legislation, and your long-range plans as a company or an individual.
Installation
Our firm will enroll and communicate the new plan to your
employees. Special attention will be given to any plan changes. We will make
modifications in design to accommodate any potential problems, if appropriate.
We want to achieve both employer and employee satisfaction. Administration
materials are provided for the plan administrator in your company to make sure
that he/she is comfortable with the program details.
